My answer is Odesk. It is little hard to get your first job but if want to do some thing in freelance market, then come to odesk. You don't need to be master of computer,B.Sc, M.Sc, Phd etc. If you have any knowledge about computer (if you have no idea about computer then you will be faced many problems, like you can't register your name on Odesk platform, Finding job on odesk, bid on this jobs, working with Odesk software etc. ). All of this you have to know about internet and little bit English.
