Copy Photos To a Craigslist Ad
You can copy photos to a Craigslist ad easily. People will then be able to see what you are selling, so they will likely be more interested in contacting you. Craigslist can be a good way to sell items locally, especially those that are too large to ship. Customers can pick up items from you instead, or you can arrange pick up or delivery by yourself.Step 1:
Click "Start," type "scan" in the automatically selected search box and click "Windows Fax and Scan" if you need to scan a picture to your computer. If you do not need to scan an image, skip to the next step. Turn on an installed scanner and click "New Scan" in the upper left of the window. Follow the steps on screen to scan a picture.
Step 2 :
Attach an installed camera to your computer with a USB cable and open your photo importing program if you need to copy pictures you have taken on a camera to your computer. If you do not need to import pictures, skip to the next step. If you do not have a photo importing program, download Windows Live Photo Gallery. This is a free photo editing and management program from Microsoft (see Resources).
Step 3:
Open your Web browser and go to the Craigslist site. Click "post to classifieds" in the upper left of the page.
Step 4:
Click "for sale," or alternatively, click whichever type of posting you want to create from the list. Follow the steps on screen to finish categorizing your listing.
Step 5:
Click "Add/Edit images." Click "Browse..." to add the first image. Browse to the location of the first picture you want to add to the listing, click the file and click "OK."
Step 6:
Click the next "Browse..." button to add another picture. Follow the same steps to add more pictures to the ad.
Step 7:
Type the required information for the ad, including the entries for "Posting Title," "Reply to" and the "Posting Description." Add the "Price" and "Specific location" to give potential customers the most information.
