* Odesk contractors:

On Odesk platform, Workers or service providers are called contractor.

* Odesk employers :

On Odesk platform , who wants service from contractor or clients of services are called employers.

* Bid : On Odesk platform, when you apply for a job with your proper amount of charge then it is called bid or bid on a job.( Job bids are two types one for Hourly basic and another for Fixed price basic).

* I.D verification : You have to verify your I.D on Odesk platform for increasing your bid cota ( bid cota means numbers of job you can apply in one week). Don't worry, You can verify your I.D later. If your are I.D verified person on Odesk platform, it's give you advantage to get your job.

I.D verification is very simply process:

i) Scan copy of your recent photo,

ii) Scan copy of your Voter I.D card or any I.D card provided by the government with photo, date of birth, address.

iii) Scan copy of your PAN card or Bank passbook(First page and last page) or current bill or gas bill or driving licence.

Note: I.D card obtain from School, college, university, bus concession , train concession or monthly are not accepted.
